I moved to Anglet in the Basque Country in 2020, between two waves of COVID. What was supposed to be a two- or three-month stay turned into something much longer—I never left. The region quickly became home.

While I captured a lot of my life here on film (as seen in Basque Country #1), I also often reached for my trusty Fuji XT2 with its 35mm lens. There’s something about its simplicity and reliability that made it a go-to for special moments.

This series brings together a handful of photos taken between 2020 and 2023, reflecting the rhythm and beauty of daily life in the Basque Country.
