In 2020, I moved to Anglet in the Basque Country, thinking it’d be a short stay while Twitter’s offices were closed for a few months. "Two or three months, max", I thought. But in the end, I never left. I instantly fell in love with the region, for reasons I couldn’t even begin to list.

Over the years, I developed my passion for film photography using two cameras: a Leica Mini II point-and-shoot and a Nikon FE2 DSLR with a 50mm lens. I experimented with a range of film stocks—Kodak Gold 200, Superia 400, Agfa 100x, Ilford XP2 Super 400, and probably a few others.

This series captures personal moments between 2020 and 2023, combining photos from a dozen rolls, each one reflecting a different piece of my life in the Basque Country.
