California
This series brings together photos from two trips to California. The first was a road trip in February 2015 with two friends, Arnaud and Mo. We started in San Francisco, passed through Yosemite, Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, and ended in Los Angeles. The second was a quick weekend in L.A. in January 2020, squeezed between two work trips for Twitter.
What struck me most during both trips was how the landscapes felt oddly familiar, even though it was my first time seeing them in person. It was like stepping into a place I already knew through films and stories.
