Twitter’s power lies in its users—the ones who push boundaries, share their lives, and spark conversations. In 2019, our Marketing team set out to celebrate that with a 35-minute documentary, co-created with Lucas Minisini and Raphaël Levy from AllSo (Society).
We profiled seven incredible individuals: Perfettu, a die-hard AC Ajaccio fan who tweets his journeys across France in his 106; François Gabart, legendary sailor staying connected mid-ocean; Coeur de Pirate, sharing life on tour and connecting with fans; Bernard Pivot, a literary icon using Twitter as his digital pen; David Forge, a farmer bridging his world with ours; Clara Beaudoux, captivating thousands with #MadeleineProject; and Marguerite Stern, fighting feminicides through activism on Twitter.
The doc premiered at the iconic Max Linder in Paris to hundreds of advertisers and agencies. We then brought it home with private screenings in our Paris office, transformed into an immersive space celebrating hundreds more user stories. To amplify the experience, Kofescu created a teaser for the screenings and a recap of the Max Linder premiere. I also documented the event with photos to share highlights on our Twitter account.
